Ingredients:
- 500 grams diced liver (beef or lamb)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 roasted and diced red bell peppers
- 6 diced tomatoes
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 200 grams ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 40 grams flour
- 4 bay leaves
- 220 milliliters hot water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:

Prepare the liver:
- Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the diced liver for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Make the Tavë Dheu:
- In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
- Add the roasted red peppers and diced tomatoes, and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the feta and ricotta cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Add the bay leaves, hot water, and browned liver. Season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Let the mixture cook together for about 5 minutes.

Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Transfer the mixture into a clay baking dish or any oven-safe dish.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

Serve:
- Serve the Tavë Dheu hot, straight from the oven. Enjoy it with some crusty bread or a side salad.
