Ingredients:
- 6 bell peppers (a mix of red, yellow, and green)
- 400 grams ground beef
- 3 onions (diced)
- 75 grams rice
- 40 grams tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:

Prepare the filling:
- Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the rosemary, basil, salt, pepper, and tomato puree.
- Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Once cooled, stir in the rice.

Prepare the peppers:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture, ensuring they are fully filled.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. If there’s any leftover filling, place it around the peppers in the dish.

Bake:
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, turning occasionally if desired.

Serve:
- Serve the stuffed peppers hot, warm, or even cold. They pair well with a side of yogurt or a fresh salad.
